Job Description:
Essential Job Functions: Requirements: Financial Manager/Budget
Analyst that has a strong working knowledge of the day-to-day
budget execution activities in an FM office. Candidate must be a
team player that will be comfortable being a part of everything
coming in/out of the FM shop and becoming the organizer for the
client. Candidate must understand budget execution and be
comfortable with creating, maintaining and monitoring daily program
execution charts and reports, developing new reports, working
taskers both internal and external, balancing budget lines daily
for reprogramming, spend plan reconciliations of planned vs actual,
and other ad hoc finance office items. Skills: • High level of
proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. •Demonstrated
experience creating MS Office tools, decision papers, training,
policy memos, marketing campaigns, metrics and other forms of
analysis. •Demonstrated experience with preparing, understanding
and presenting budget execution reports against OSD benchmark goals
is required. •Working knowledge of the Program, Planning, Budget
Formulation and Execution (PPBE) process including budget
exhibits/docs. Qualifications: At least five years of
service/Agency specific financial management or program analyst
experience (USA, USAF, USMC, USN, Defense Agencies) Bachelors with
five years of direct experience or equivalent. Active SECRET
clearance is required.
