join us? What You'll Do As a Finance Manager, you’ll oversee the
financial reporting and analysis for a portfolio of community
associations. This is a client-facing, oversight role — not
transactional bookkeeping. You’ll ensure accurate monthly
financials, guide Boards of Directors in understanding their
financial position, and partner with internal teams to resolve
issues. This position is ideal for an experienced accounting
professional who thrives in a dynamic, client-service environment.
Requirements Ensure monthly financial reports accurately reflect
the association’s financial position. Review general ledgers,
statements of revenue/expenses, and balance sheets to resolve
issues and correct errors. Serve as the primary financial resource
for both internal team members and external clients (board members
and association representatives). Oversee and ensure completion of
administrative tasks, including tax payments, end-of-year tax
returns, and government filings. Support external audits for
associations within the portfolio. Review and monitor banking and
investment activity. Analyze and review loans, special assessments,
and other financial obligations as required. Provide long-term
financial planning guidance for capital projects. Attend weekly
team meetings, set goals, and complete assigned tasks on time.
Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s
degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent
experience). 3 years of accounting, financial experience in
property management (HOA, condo, coop) is required. Experience
working with Vantaca property management software is required.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Excellent
analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present
financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Must
be able to analyze data issues and execute on solutions.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. What We
