Networking, a leading IT Managed Services Provider based in
Chantilly, VA, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Junior
Account Manager to join our team. This role is integral to
maintaining and growing client relationships while ensuring
exceptional service delivery and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring
their needs and expectations are met. Identify opportunities for
upselling and cross-selling BDNet's services. Assist in the
development and implementation of account strategies. Coordinate
with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of
services. Resolve client issues and complaints promptly,
maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Prepare regular
reports on account status and performance metrics. Support senior
account managers in larger client engagements and projects. Quoting
and procurement of hardware, software, and licensing Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a
related field. 1-2 years of experience in account management or a
related customer-facing role. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and
prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
and CRM software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational
skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as
