Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: /n We are looking for a CNC
Programmer to join our team. In this role you will program software
to ensure our CNC and mill machines operate efficiently and produce
quality products. At ADDMAN you’ll be part of a skilled and growing
team pushing the limits of aerospace and additive manufacturing.
/n/n ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: /n /n - Create and maintain all
programs for the shop floor, using MasterCam software. /n - Works
with the Project Managers (PM’s) and Manufacturing Engineers (ME’s)
in evaluating requests for quote to determine if a program can be
done cost effectively for the customer and the company. /n - Works
with PM’s, ME’s, vendors and others to gather any necessary
information for new jobs. /n - Coordinate jobs flowing through the
department and verify data prior to being released to the shop. /n
- Work with the operation and engineering teams to resolve any
programming issues. /n - May develop programs for touch probe
programming for on machine inspection and coordinate shifting.
Support the development of touch probing standard procedures. /n
/nRequirements/n SKILL REQUIREMENTS: /n /n - Commitment to a safety
culture where safety is the first consideration before starting any
task. /n - Experience using MasterCAM and SolidWorks. /n -
Experience with 5 axis and/or Swiss programming. /n - Experience
with SolidWorks assemblies and nesting parts into billets for
machining of part families. /n - Experience working with fixture
concepts and designs. /n - Experience with Vericut or other
verification software, including machine simulation, verification,
graphics capturing, multi-operations with in-process models,
Auto-Diff, OptiPath, etc. /n - Experience with maintaining
postprocessors for a variety of machines and control types. /n -
Experience with touch probe macro programming and utilizing
standards and procedures for the safe and effective use of probes
on the shop floor. /n /n QUALIFICATIONS: /n /n - Graduate of
related two-year vocational school program and three years related
work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience. /n - Able to work in a dynamic
environment with changing priorities to exceed customer
expectations. /n - Works independently, strong work ethic, is
self-motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
/n - Ability to work on cross-functional teams to support the core
business, ensuring quality products are delivered on time. /n -
Computer aptitude (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel). /n -
Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language. /n
- Must be a team player and willing to learn new skills and
concepts. /n - Eligible to work in the United States without

performance of this position will require exposure to the
manufacturing areas where all areas require the use of personal
protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection,
steel toe shops, and other mandatory safety equipment. /n - For the
most part, ambient temperatures with typical plant lighting and
manufacturing equipment are present throughout the facility. /n /n
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: /n /n - Sit or stand as needed. /n - Walking
primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the
day. /n - Reaching above shoulder height, below the waist, or
lifting as required to reach documents or store materials
throughout the workday. /n - Proper lifting techniques required. /n
- Ability and comfortability to work in small confine spaces while
following proper safety protocol. /n /n
