Job Description:
Director of Accounting I am with an accounting search firm, and
I am working with a company in the area looking to hire a Director
of Accounting (head of the company). They are a stable company with
a positive culture, there's flexibility to define the role and make
it your own, and in addition this role can be completely remote!
Salary: $150K - $170K Why This Opportunity Stands Out: Remote work

and prepare client financial statements (full or partial financial
ownership) Analyze financials to identify insights and ensure
compliance Serve as a trusted advisor, discussing government
contracting issues directly with clients Train and mentor
accounting staff, growing the team's technical and consulting
skills Multitask across diverse projects in a dynamic, billable
hours (T&M) environment Qualifications: 7 years of GovCon
accounting experience (Required) Unanet software experience (Highly
preferred - major plus!) Proven management and leadership
