seeking a highly motivated and experienced AR Manager to join our
dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for overseeing our accounts receivable
department and ensuring the department operates smoothly, maintains
accurate and complete records, and contributes to a timely and
effective accounts receivable process. This is an excellent
opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about
leading a team, driving success, and contributing to the financial
health of the company. Responsibilities: As a Permanent AR Manager,
you will: 1. Oversee and streamline the accounts receivable process
to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections. 2. Manage
a team of accounts receivable professionals, providing guidance,
training, and performance feedback. 3. Reconcile accounts
receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and
properly posted. 4. Implement and maintain systems, procedures, and
policies, including accounts receivable functions to ensure
adherence to company guidelines. 5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and
annual reports related to accounts receivable for senior
management. 6. Collaborate with internal departments (sales,
customer service, etc.) to resolve account discrepancies and
billing issues. 7. Participate in financial audits and provide
recommendations for procedural improvements. 8. Monitor customer
account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other
irregularities. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of
experience in an accounts receivable management role, preferably
within the manufacturing industry. 2. Bachelor’s degree in Finance,
Accounting, or a related field. 3. Proven ability to reconcile
complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail. 4.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced skills
in Excel, and experience with accounting software. 5. Strong
leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving
results. 6. Knowledge of billing and collections procedures. 7.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 8. Ability to
work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet
deadlines. 9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make
sound decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. 10. High
level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency
