Serve as a team resource-support onboarding, lead huddles, and coach others on best practices. Manage reporting, including A/R, statements on hold, and productivity dashboards. Collaborate with AR, coding, and cash ops to drive resolution and efficiency. Support occasional call coverage and ensure timely patient follow-up.
