Job Description:
A company is looking for a Junior Mortgage Auditor (Independent
Contractor).
Key Responsibilities:
Performs a thorough review of loan files to identify discrepancies
in documentation
Analyzes various income types, including self-employed and business
tax returns
Completes audit checklists accurately and maintains knowledge of
relevant guidelines
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years mortgage processing experience
Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines
Ability to work in both team-oriented and independent
environments
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Must pass a background check and drug test
