agencies and the Intel Community! Executes defined tasks for Risk
MAP Non-IT and Risk MAP IT Earned Value Management (EVM) functions.
---Provide Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) and Other
Financial Reporting Support -- accurately enters data for each
Acquisition Program's plans into DHS/FEMA's Capital Planning and
Investment Control web application, INVEST, and ensures the data is
maintained for routine reporting to DHS and OMB and easy
reconciliation with budget projections entered in the Future Years
Homeland Security Program (FYHSP) reporting tool, One Number.
Proactively identifies and resolves discrepancies and other
reporting issues. ---Identifies necessary improvement in Risk MAP's
use of EVM as a management tool based and provides ideas to the EVM
Senior. ---Contributes to EVM reports monthly. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in business-, finance-, economics- or
management-related field, or 3+ years of experience providing EVM
support on project(s)/ program(s) that are part of a portfolio
worth at least $50M annually. 1+ years of financial and/or EVM
experience. The EVM (Junior - RPML) shall have at least 6 months of
