Job Description:

As the Accounting Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of our organization. You will be expected to lead a team of accountants, maintain accurate financial records, and provide financial reports and analysis to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  
• Lead and manage the accounting team, including hiring, training, coaching, and monitoring performance.
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
  
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  
• Manage the budgeting process and prepare regular financial reports for senior management.
  
• Work with auditors and other external parties to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    
  • CPA certification preferred.
    
  • 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
    
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
    
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
