Description You will play an integral role in our success by
supporting the growth and development of our staff. You will
actively search for, creatively design, and implement effective
methods to educate, enhance performance, and recognize performance.
You will coach, mentor, and resolve workplace disputes and support
senior management in maintaining our culture. You will grow quickly
in practical skills at a fast-growing organizationall in a fun work

you will build a talent development pipeline that aligns with our
needs and culture.What Youll Do: Conduct annual training and
development needs assessment Develop training and development
programs and objectives Train and coach managers, supervisors and
others involved in employee development efforts Plan, organize,
facilitate, and order supplies for employee development and
training events Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training
to evaluate and measure results Schedule regular check-ins with
employees to understand professional concerns, identify needs, and
provide employee mentoring Coach managers in identifying rising
talent, coordinating training and mentoring journeys to supercharge
their growth, and preparing constructive feedback and disciplinary
actions that comply with organizational goals and guidelines
Complete exit surveys for all outgoing staff, and provide
recommendations to senior leadership Use surveys, interviews, and
other studies to conduct research regarding human resource
policies, compensation, and other employment issues Research and
explain laws and legal affairs concerning employment to managers,
supervisors, and employees Advise and train managers and
supervisors in best employee relations practices and strategies for
managing supervisor problems and employee grievances Build
