  • Support organizational assessment tasks by; assisting with data collection and analytics related to the clients organizational assessment, preparing client deliverables for review, participating in internal deliverable discussions, and providing research related to the organizational assessment
  • Increase engagement workflow efficiency via creative solutions such as; developing high caliber deliverables, developing organizational strategies and recommendations, or by providing support to senior level staff with various efficiency promoting tasks
  • Develop and implement change management and organizational strategies for client
  • Interact with clients in an organized and knowledgeable manner and building solid relationships
  • Review client processes, procedures, reports, and other artifacts currently in place
  • Help identify gaps with processes, procedures, reports, or other artifacts
  • Collaborate across multiple work streams to leverage work and supporting evidence previously obtained during previous task orders
  • Convey ideas clearly in an oral and written manner, both one-on-one and in small groups.
  • Assist with the planning and management of document templates for program initiatives (e.g., program charter, change request, risk management plan, program management plan, and communication plan). QualificationsRequired:
    • 1+ years experience working in consulting or working in change management and/or organizational strategy positions
    • Excellent communication and writing skills
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills
    • Bachelor's degree or higher
    • Due to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hire Preferred:
        • Organizational Assessment or Change Management experience
        • Knowledge of federal government human capital and/or management practices
