This individual will work as part of the broader ESG research team to support the ESG research needs of Brown Advisory's institutional equity strategies. -The primary duties of the position are to provide analytical and research support to our equity research team on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks and opportunities for securities currently held or under consideration in the equity universe. - As part of the ESG research process, the analyst will also be responsible for carrying out investigative/thematic research, and engagement activities (such as proxy voting recommendations and ESG-focused company meetings).
