ECS is seeking an IT Financial Analyst to work in our Fort Belvoir, VA office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.Job Description: ECS is seeking an IT Financial Analyst to work at Fort Belvoir, VA supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) on their new Budget and Financial Support Services Contract. The successful candidate will:Develop and maintain complex systems to collect, consolidate, and analyze IT Budget dataProvide training on DoD IT Budget requirements and internal processes for complying with requirementsCollaborate with IT team to identify and categorize unreported ITWork with PMs and PP-FMO to develop Defense Business System (DBS) Organizational Execution Plans (OEP)Required Skills:Bachelor's DegreePossess a DoD Secret Clearance or higher5 or more years of Defense Department financial management experience2 or more years DoD Program, Planning, Budget and Execution (PPBE) experiencePractical experience using DoD IT resources reporting, systems of record (DITIP, DITPR, SNaP-IT, DCIM, IBF-DAP)Advanced Skills with Microsoft Excel including Pivot Table experienceECS is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.
