Job Description:

Duties: The Senior Mobile Applications Engineer will design, develop, and maintain the AJ+ mobile applications and connected devices

applications; interface with iOS and Android ecosystems and AJ+'s content delivery Application Program Interfaces (API); perform code

documentation of the Mobile, Connected Devices, and iOS and Android roadmaps, while also keeping abreast with the respective

technology stacks; participate in SCRUM meetings and lead code reviews; perform bug fixing, quality assurance tests, and updates of

codebases across all application platforms; implement product features, roadmaps, and optimize AJ+'s current portfolio of applications;

participate in the entire software development lifecycle using REST, Agile, Java, C/C++, and Swift development; interface with new Software

Development Kits (SDK) and APIs; and mentor junior developers.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in computer science, mathematics, information technology, information

systems, or related field and 5 years of experience in Job Offered or 5 years of experience developing mobile applications within the IOS

platform. Or, alternatively, a Master’s degree and 3 years of experience as stated above. Specific skills/other requirements (quantitative

experience requirements not applicable to this section) - must have demonstrated expertise (“DE”) in: designing, building, and shipping

highly downloaded, consumer-facing IOS applications with modern technologies such as Objective-C and Swift; DE designing,

implementing, monitoring, and troubleshooting clients’ network systems, including LA, WAN, WLAN, VPN, MPLS, DMZ, Firewall, IDS, OPS,

DNS, and DHCP; DE developing application component systems using Python, Protocol-Oriented programming, Object-Oriented

programming, CoreData, Core Location, MapKit, UITableView, UICollectionView, Blocks, Category, Protocols, Delegate, GCD, KVO, Realm,

and Xcode; and DE designing, developing, and modifying IOS or Android mobile software by applying knowledge of Objective-C, UIKit, Core

Data, and MySQL.
